Delivery and Proof of Delivery
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Where our courier or postal service provides proof of delivery, including but not limited to a delivery photograph, GPS confirmation, signature, or delivery scan, this will be considered evidence that the order has been successfully delivered.
Claims for non-delivery must be reported to us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. Where proof of delivery is available, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items reported as not received.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misuse of a parcel after it has been successfully delivered to the address supplied by the customer.
Safe Place and Delivery Instructions
Where a customer requests that a parcel be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, delivery to that location will be deemed successful delivery. The customer accepts responsibility for the security of the parcel once it has been left in accordance with their instructions.
